THINGS TO TAKE NOTE

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us and mention clearly the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, you may proceed with shipping. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost and we will not accept the parcel sent as cash on delivery.  You have the responsibility to make sure that the product is wrapped in proper packaging (refer to your delivery service company) to avoid any damage to the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Liability of the product becomes yours when it is delivered.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find that the item is defective,
damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us without delay. So that
we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

If approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded with original full amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the product is damaged or used.
