Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING ORDER

We will proceed with the shipment within 1-2 working days. During seasonal times, order processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. The tracking number / URL will be given.

We ship from West Malaysia. 

  • Orders shipping within West Malaysia will take 3-5 working days to arrive.
  • Orders shipping to East Malaysia will take 5-10 working days to arrive.

 

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE

  1. No deliveries on Weekend and Public Holidays
  2. Shipping time is an estimated time. It might differ depending on location, shipment method, courier service provider, and other factors that are out of our control.
  3. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. However, we will try our best to assist you with the claim from the courier service provider.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification or WhatsApp message from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


DAMAGE AND LOSS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the parcel is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. However, we will try our best to assist you with the claim from the courier service provider. Please refer to Refund Policy.
