Soap nut is a natural detergent. These nuts are grown on trees and contain a natural soap-like substance called saponin. When agitated in water, soap nuts release saponin, which helps remove dirt and stains from your clothes. Soap nuts are gentle on your skin and free from harsh chemicals, making them a great choice for those with sensitive skin.

HOW TO USE

LAUNDRY DETERGENT 

  1. Crack open the soap nuts, use the skin & compost the seed 
  2. Place 5-8 soapnuts in a cotton / muslin bag 
  3. Add to washing machine and wash normally 
  4. Air dry, reuse the soap nuts for next use |

NOTE: Soap nuts may transfer brown color to light clothes; chances decrease with more clothing per load

OTHERS CLEANING TASK 

  1. Crack open the soap nuts, use the skin & compost the seed 
  2. Boil 8 - 10 soap nuts with 1L of water 
  3. Strain the liquid
  4. Air dry the leftover soap nuts for next use
  5. Cool the liquid down & ready to use
